Shipping policy
Delivery in Switzerland
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. From an order value of CHF 300, delivery is included. For orders below CHF 300 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 29; it is shown at checkout before you complete your order. The CHF prices shown are final prices including VAT and import costs; no additional import costs are due on delivery.
Delivery time
Bioethanol fireplaces, fuel and accessories: delivery within up to 7 working days of completing your order. With a payment method where payment is received later, the period starts when we receive payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Living art – handmade furniture, lamps, wall clocks and candles: these pieces are made in the workshop after you order. The delivery time stated on the product page applies. If your order contains products with different delivery times, we deliver them separately where necessary – at no extra cost.
Delivery time on request: if a product or variant shows «Delivery time on request», we will confirm the delivery date personally after your order. If the date does not suit you, you can cancel the order at no cost; any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Shipping and import clearance
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Poland to your Swiss delivery address. We organise transport and import clearance; import costs are included in the price. Large pieces of furniture are delivered by freight forwarder; we agree the delivery date with you in advance.
Accessories such as fuel, spare parts, decorative stones or matches can only be ordered together with a fireplace or a scented candle; this is stated on the product page.
Please provide a complete delivery address where you can be reached. If the delivery requires an appointment, you will receive the necessary information. Should an unexpected delay occur, we will inform you; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
On receipt
Please check the shipment and the product on receipt and report visible transport damage or other defects as soon as possible. Please have any visible damage to the packaging noted on the delivery receipt by the driver and take photos of it. The voluntary return of an unused product and the handling of a defect are separate procedures. The statutory warranty is 2 years from delivery.

Payment
The payment methods available for your order and the final amount in CHF are shown at checkout. VAT and import costs are included in the product price shown; any flat shipping fee (CHF 29 for orders below CHF 300) is shown separately at checkout. Additional installation services are ordered and paid for only under a separate agreement.
Installation as an additional service
Product prices do not include installation. Self-installation according to the instructions is possible where the model and local regulations allow. On request, Mateusz Szafruga offers an installation visit. Scope, price and date are agreed separately in advance. No additional costs arise without your express consent.
