Unsere Garden-Modelle zeigen die Flamme hinter Glas: vom kleinen Tischfeuer Sunset Garden Mini für den Lounge- oder Esstisch bis zum grossen Standkamin Patio mit 3-Liter-Brenner.

Im Freien gilt wie bei jedem Feuer: windgeschützt aufstellen, auf einem stabilen, nicht brennbaren Untergrund, mit Abstand zu Pflanzen, Polstern, Sonnenschirmen und Markisen – und nur unter Aufsicht. Auf dem Balkon gelten zusätzlich Hausordnung, Mietvertrag und kantonale Feuerverbote bei Trockenheit. Do I need a chimney for a bioethanol fireplace?

It depends on the model. Under the Swiss VKF fire-safety directive, decorative fires that burn 0.3 litres of fuel per hour or more, or have a nominal heat output above 2 kW, require a flue when used indoors. Appliances without a flue connection must not be used for continuous heating. Please clarify the installation with your cantonal fire authority or building insurer – we are happy to advise you on the models.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver available products within up to 7 working days of completing your order – or of receiving payment if it arrives later. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For handmade furniture, lamps, wall clocks and candles, the delivery time stated on each product page applies. Delivery is included from an order value of CHF 300; below that we charge CHF 29.

Are there any customs or shipping costs?

No customs or import costs are added: import clearance and import costs are included in our final CHF prices. Delivery is included from an order value of CHF 300; below that we charge CHF 29. We ship directly from Poland, exclusively to Switzerland.

Do you offer installation?

Yes, on request. Installation is optional, agreed and quoted separately, and is not included in the product price. Just get in touch.

Which fuel should I use?

Only use bioethanol fuel approved for your appliance. Our range includes bioethanol in 1 L and 5 L – unscented or scented.
