Bioethanol burns with a real, open flame. A few simple rules let you enjoy the fire with complete peace of mind:

• Refilling: Only when the burner is out and has fully cooled down – never into a burning or hot burner.
• Clearance: Keep the safety distances to flammable materials stated in the instructions, and never leave the fire unattended.
• Fresh air: Make sure the room is adequately ventilated, as described in the instructions.
• Instructions: The operating instructions of the respective model always apply. You will find detailed guidance on our page Safety.

• Prices: Final prices in CHF including import costs; delivery included from CHF 300 (CHF 29 below). No additional import costs are due on delivery.
• Delivery time: Bioethanol fireplaces, fuel and accessories within up to 7 working days of completing your order (from receipt of payment if payment is delayed). For handcrafted Wohnkunst pieces, the delivery time stated on the product page applies.
• Shipping: Directly from our suppliers in Poland to your address – exclusively within Switzerland. Large furniture is delivered by freight carrier by appointment.
• Installation: Not included in the price. On request we offer an installation visit – scope, price and date are agreed separately in advance.

• Voluntary return: You can register unused products for return by email within 14 days of receipt; return shipping is at your expense. Items made to your individual specifications are excluded. Returns and complaints
• Warranty: 2-year statutory warranty from delivery. Please report transport damage or defects as soon as possible, ideally with photos.
