Handmade & unique
Every piece is made by hand. Wood is a natural material: grain, colour and resin flow may differ slightly from the images – which is exactly what makes your furniture unique.
Care
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth; do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaners. Always use coasters or trivets for hot pots and glasses, wipe up liquids promptly and avoid placing the piece right next to radiators or in strong direct sun.

Delivery time: Bioethanol fireplaces, fuel and accessories within up to 7 working days of completing your order (from receipt of payment if payment is delayed). For handcrafted Wohnkunst pieces, the delivery time stated on the product page applies.
Shipping: Directly from our suppliers in Poland to your address – exclusively within Switzerland. Large furniture is delivered by freight carrier by appointment.
Installation: Not included in the price. On request we offer an installation visit – scope, price and date are agreed separately in advance.
Returns and warranty
Voluntary return: You can register unused products for return by email within 14 days of receipt; return shipping is at your expense. Items made to your individual specifications are excluded. Returns and complaints
Warranty: 2-year statutory warranty from delivery. Please report transport damage or defects as soon as possible, ideally with photos.
Arbor – Latin for tree – is cut from a 10 cm thick slab of poplar: solid, raw and true to the natural shape of the tree. Cracks and edges were filled by hand with crystal-clear epoxy resin – the growth remains visible, while the surface becomes smooth and ready for daily use.
