Use and safety

Bioethanol burns with a real, open flame. A few simple rules let you enjoy the fire with complete peace of mind:

Refilling: Only when the burner is out and has fully cooled down – never into a burning or hot burner.
Clearance: Keep the safety distances to flammable materials stated in the instructions, and never leave the fire unattended.
Fresh air: Make sure the room is adequately ventilated, as described in the instructions.
Instructions: The operating instructions of the respective model always apply. You will find detailed guidance on our page Safety.
