1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the IgnisLumina.ch online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contracting Party

The sales contract is concluded between the customer and IgnisLumina.ch. All offers on our website are subject to change and non-binding.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable sales tax. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• TWINT
• PayPal
• Bank transfer

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Switzerland. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after receipt of payment. We will notify you immediately in the event of any delivery delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

IgnisLumina.ch is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products. The products must be used only in accordance with the enclosed instructions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
