Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after receipt of payment

In the event of delivery delays or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately by email.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of CHF 100 or more
• Standard shipping: CHF 20.00

Packaging

All products are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Biofireplace products are shipped in sturdy boxes with additional padding.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Damaged shipment
