Return Policy
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All items included in the delivery must be present
- No signs of wear or damage
Here's how returns work
- Contact us by email: info@ignislumina.ch
- Please provide us with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will provide you with a return address
- Please return the merchandise securely packaged
- After inspecting the merchandise, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days
Return shipping costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Refund
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Open bioethanol fuel tanks (for safety reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized products
